Marketing Coordinator Position

The Marketing Coordinator is a key support role within the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Management

• Social Media Management

• Event Organization

• Video & Photo Shoot Coordination

• Coordination of Company Culture Initiatives, including cause based marketing programs, team outings, etc.

• Owns the collection and distribution of solar policy information and solar/renewable community related announcements; responsible for internal communication and updates

• Assist in attending events (approx: 1-2 weekends per quarter)

• Maintain calendar of installs, energizations, 3 month review for marketing to publish

• Install days- arrange for drone/video footage, canvassing, yard signs

• Energization- make sure email/social/celebration of this benchmark

• Weekly Install visits to capture client testimonials, capture photos of customers, solar and battery install

• Organize sales support materials; responsible for printed sales materials, business cards, shirts, photo books, etc.

• Weekly competitor analysis across web & social channels; share with team

• Maintains stocks and supply levels for field and office apparel

• Maintain all Directory Listing pages with updated content, images and consumer facing information; pages include, but not limited to Google My Business, BBB, EnergySage, SolarReviews, HomeAdvisor

• In addition, the marketing coordinator will complete tasks as assigned that are related to marketing, sales, and office administration

Necessary Skills:

• Self-driven

• Detail Oriented

• Creative

• Excellent Customer Service and organizational Skills

• Excellent Computer and Database Skills, including Microsoft Office and occasional Adobe Suite products

• Team Player

• Interest in the renewable energy or environmental field

• Degree or Experience in Marketing or Environmental Field a plus
