Renu works closely with HOAs so you dont have to! Our operations team can work with HOAs so customers can have a peace of mind knowing there won’t be issues with installing solar for the home. Our designated HOA coordinator can help with requesting information, submitting requests, and communicating project details.

• Aesthetic Considerations: HOAs tend to be concern with how panels impact the look of a home and neighborhood. At Renu, we work with some of the sleekest, glare-free panels on the market. For customers that don’t want panels on their roof, we also provide Tesla Solar Roof, which are roof shingles that soak up the sun like solar panels.

• Panel Placement: Renu’s team of inhouse sales consultants and engineers will design a system that ensures panels are placed on portions of the roof that receive the most sun exposure. Typically the southern portion of the roof gets the most sun. With panels being angled up towards the sun, neighbors and by standers won’t have to worry about glare.
