The Customer Advocate is a key support role for marketing and operations Supports Marketing & Operations Team with tasks including:

 

Responsibilities as a Customer Advocate:

  • Post-appointment follow up calls to prospects for a 5-question satisfaction survey-ISM
  • Post-sales support by compiling and reviewing all the elements of a sales contract folder-CSM
  • Post-sales greeting call to welcome the customer to the Renu family and cover next steps
  • Post-installation survey call to check in with the customer and build excitement
  • Post-energization survey call to check in with the customer, build excitement and ask for reviews
  • Responsible for Reviews Management process including requesting reviews, responding to reviews, and managing any negative reviews with a view to turn them around
  • Customer reviews tracking by platform; maintain and update ZoHo and report out; update Zoho with ‘customer dnc’s and negative reviews
  • Communicate with customers through personalized texts and emails
  • Updating necessary departments with customer inquiries
  • Upload calls via email to the sales team and CRM software
  • Assess less than 5-star reviews with customers to find a resolution
  • Responsible for organizing yard signs for operations/sales teams, requesting photos from customers for social media
  • Conduct weekly/month reporting for all your activities
  • Maintain all 3rd party lead generation channels, updating with current information regarding Renu, pricing, coverage areas/zones, reporting on how each channel is performing monthly based on CPC vs. revenue generated
  • Running weekly reports and liaising with operations regarding customer promotions
  • Manage Aurora

Necessary Skills:

  • Detail Oriented

  • Creative

  • Excellent Customer Service and organizational Skills

  • Excellent Computer and Database Skills, including Microsoft Office and occasional Adobe Suite products

  • Team Player

  • Interest in the renewable energy or environmental field

  • Degree or Experience in Marketing or Environmental Field a plus
